Faraz Growth is operated by Faraz LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Faraz Growth AI growth intelligence platform.

- Account information: name, email address, and authentication credentials when you create an account.
- Workspace data: the contacts, deals, campaigns, conversations, content, and analytics you bring into your workspace.
- Usage data: how you interact with the platform, which we use to improve the product.
- Support data: messages you send us when you contact support.
3. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Faraz Growth platform.
- To generate growth intelligence, prepared drafts, and recommendations for your workspace.
- To secure your account and prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
- To communicate with you about the product, billing, and support.
4. AI and your data
Faraz AI processes your workspace data only to deliver the features you use. Responses include evidence and confidence so you can verify claims. We do not use your private workspace data to train foundation models. High-impact actions are never executed without your approval.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help operate the platform (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
6. Security
We protect data with encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, audit logging, and two-factor authentication. See our security overview.
7. Retention & deletion
You can export your data at any time. If you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.

- Access, correct, or export your data from your workspace settings.

- Opt out of non-essential communications.
