By creating an account or using Faraz Growth (the "Service") operated by Faraz LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Two-factor authentication is available and strongly recommended.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to: violate laws or regulations; infringe others' rights; send spam or unlawful communications; attempt to disrupt the Service or bypass its security; or process data you lack rights to.

4. AI-generated content

Faraz Growth uses artificial intelligence to prepare drafts, recommendations, and analyses. AI output may contain errors and must be reviewed before use. High-impact actions are only executed with your approval. You are responsible for the content you publish or act on.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of your workspace data. You grant us a license to process that data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

7. Free preview

The Free Preview is provided at no cost for evaluation. We may change or discontinue preview features at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual property

Faraz Growth, its trademarks, and its software are owned by Faraz LLC and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your data during a grace period.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
